Vegan Planet; 400 Recipes How Can You Resist?
Vegan Planet was one of my first vegan cook books and it hasn’t disappointed me yet. Author Robin Robertson covers everything from tasty sauces to scrumptious meals to breakfasts that lure even the soundest sleepers to the kitchen table. The best part is all of the recipes are made with vegan ingredients and written in a way that even the “greenest” of cooks can follow. If you like what your hearing or are already enjoying Robin Robertson’s vegan creations you can always check out her blog and keep up on what she’s cooking, on the Vegan Planet.
